My parents were both pilots. Really, they were a farmer and school principal with a love of flying and there was freedom in being able to travel places not easily accessible from the farm. They had technical expertise in how to operate an aircraft, and most importantly, were trained to deal with changing conditions and adverse situations.

I have built a career piloting organizations through periods of growth, strategic transition, and systemic change. I combine my technical expertise with a deep focus on people in order to see the big picture and untangle complexity. I've made significant investments in business, leadership, digital, and human capital which comes together in a unique combination of COO, CPO, and strategic expertise.
